I am still using palm oil in my soaps but wanted to reassure you that I have done as much due diligence as I can to ensure that the supplier I use is RSPO certified, reputable and does not source palm oil from Indonesia. It is sourced from sustainable plantations in South America.

I also do my level best to make sure that the olive and coconut oil I use are also from reputable, fair trade sources. Unfortunately the nature of global commodities means that it’s almost impossible to be completely certain that any ingredient, or indeed finished product, is 100% sustainably and responsibly produced.

This does mean that my soaps cost more to produce, but I try to live my life on a low impact basis as much as I can and I don’t want to cut any corners.
